French electronics manufacturer Archos has announced the release of the new tablet Archos ultrabudgetary 80 Cesium, which operates on the basis of the operating system Windows 8.1. The unit is equipped with 8-inch HD-display and quad-core processor from Intel.Also expected to have 1 GB of RAM, 2-megapixel camera and mono loudspeaker.
