HTC introduced the first 64-bit Android-smartphone

A year after the 64-bit iPhone 5s HTC has presented the first 64-bit smartphone running Android. The company is positioning new product called the HTC Desire 510 as the most affordable device with network support LTE. Despite the presence of promising platform, the device uses a 32-bit software - the "native" 64-bit version of Android for ARM processors yet.

In a press release, HTC has paid much attention to the fact that the Desire 510 offers access to high-speed LTE networks at a reasonable cost, but "lost sight of" what's inside the new items - 64-bit 4-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 410 1 2 GHz. Probably, this is done in order to rank the first 64-bit got smartphone flagship Desire , which will be presented during the exhibition IFA 2014 - Desire 820.
