Google has put forward new rather unusual requirement for developers of games and applications for Android. Under the new rule, he who has published and is only going to publish your application in Google Play, must necessarily provide publicly physical address at which they can be contacted. It should be noted that we are talking only about those developers who offer paid applications or programs with built-in shopping. The developers of free applications can omit this information.
"Since September 30, 2014 you will need to add a physical address in the settings. Once you have added the address, it will be available on the page with information about your application for all users of Google Play. If your physical address has changed, be sure to you have updated the settings of this information. If your application contains a built-paid or purchase, then you definitely have to specify the physical address where you can be reached. If you do not provide this information, it may result in the removal of your application from the Play Store" - an official request to the Google developers.
Currently developers are quite acutely perceived such a requirement on the part of Google. It is possible that in this way the company wants to deal with those who provide poor quality or fake application to mislead users.
