According to the newly adopted strategy of sales, Sony is going to update the line of top smartphone every six months. Manufacturer explains this decision is quite simple: the development of technology is leaps and bounds, so releasing a new flagship device in 6 months after the release of the previous one - the only right decision. That is why the announcement of Xperia Z3 happened so quickly - today.
Compared to its immediate predecessor the newly-born leader of several thinner (7.3 mm vs. 8.2 mm) and lighter (152 grams Xperia Z3 against 162 grams Xperia Z2). In Xperia Z3 set is the same 5.2-inch display with a resolution of 1080p. Smartphone has the following set of characteristics:
- 5.2-inch display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels;
- Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 801 with a clock frequency of 2.5 GHz;
- 3 GB of RAM;
- 16 and 32 GB of internal memory with support for microSD-cards;

- Android 4.4.4 KitKat;

Sony Xperia Z3 initially will be running Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Body materials - metal and glass. Angles of the device are covered with plastic inserts. Mobile flagship from Sony will go on sale this fall and will be available in four colors.
