Earlier this year, at a conference for developers of I/O 2014, Google introduced a new mobile operating system Android L, and a few hours later the owners of Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 (2013) were able to install on their devices pre-release version for developers and see what changes prepared by the search giant in the new assembly.
Now the network has the video and screenshots of the smartphone running Android L (LRW87D), which demonstrate that Google designers continue to work on the system and make various changes to the user interface.
The new version changes were icons in the system tray, and navigation. As you can see in the above image, icons Wi-Fi and cellular network level is no longer divided into several segments, as it was before. But such a change in appearance still make it easy to assess the level of the signal. Another change in the design is slightly redrawn control buttons at the bottom of the panel: they have decreased in size, the lines become thinner, and their brightness is increased. This minor change, according to some users, improved perception naekranyh buttons.
It is worth noting that this version is not yet final, and the system still can notice the error. The video below shows that fast switching between pages in the browser may stop its operation.
The official release of Android L, together with the new smartphone Nexus X and Nexus Tablet PC 9 will be held later this month.
