Recently, Google has a strong interest in emerging markets, namely India. In the past month, were presented the first smartphones available on the platform Android One, and it became known that in India, Android-users will be able to download videos from YouTube on your device and watch them at any time without having to connect to the web.

According to The Economic Times, citing sources from India, Google is developing a new mobile messaging application, which will be focused on emerging markets, but would later become available in the whole world.
As expected, the application will be launched next year and will include localized language support for different regions with the ability to voice typing. Some experts suggest that to use this service will not need to use the account Google, and it will be completely free. It is possible that the company has decided to compete with such popular services like WhatsApp, which the search giant would like to purchase. Also recall that Google already has Hangouts, with the help of which you can also exchange messages.
