Adobe announced a new cloud service Adobe Document Cloud, which allows working with documents at home, in the office and on numerous devices. The product is reported to be aimed at solving the problems of inefficiency and loss of time, which is working with documents. At the heart of Document Cloud is a new Adobe Acrobat DC.
Adobe Document Cloud consists of a set of integrated services that use a single online profile and provide personal Document Center. The solution allows you to create, review, approve, sign and keep track of documents from your desktop computer or mobile device.Acrobat DC, also adapted for touch screens, is available as a cloud-based subscription or a one-time purchase.
According to Adobe, company employees spend most of their time sorting out the documents, rather than engage in substantive work. 83% of employees feel that the inefficiency of paperwork delays their career growth, and 61% say they would gladly have changed job if the new place was much less paperwork.

- New Acrobat DC
Intuitive adapted for touch devices Acrobat DC interface provides powerful features for the work from any location. New tool center offers a simplified fast access to the most used tools.In addition, Acrobat DC uses magic images Photoshop, to convert paper documents into digital, editable version that can be sent for signature.
- Electronic signatures
ESign services will be included in each subscription to Acrobat DC, which itself is part and Document Cloud, and Creative Cloud. It is now possible to put forward and the electronic signature on any document from any device. Appendix «Fill and Sign» allows to put a signature, and provides autocomplete on all devices.
- Mobile Link and new mobile applications
Mobile Link allows you to continue working on the document anywhere on any device from the place where you left off - files, settings and signatures will stay with you. With two new mobile applications, Acrobat Mobile and Fill and Sign, it became possible to create, edit, annotate, and sign documents from mobile phones and tablets. A camera of the smartphone can be used as a scanner to convert any paper documents into digital, editable form, ready to be sent for signature.

Enable additional functionality to manage documents, as well as monitor and control them.With smart planning, it became possible to keep track of important documents during the whole process of working on them, and using control functions can protect important information.
Adobe Document Cloud and Acrobat DC will be available within 30 days. Subscribing to Acrobat today for $ 15, users automatically receive new Acrobat DC and Document Cloud at the time of their release. Acrobat DC will be sold as part of a subscription and as a separate proposal.
