Apple was rated "Top 10 reasons for refusing to publish mobile applications in the App Store". The list appeared on the official website of the developer.
The published list of Apple indicates the most common disadvantages of mobile software, such as the lack of a detailed description of the product, badly researched user interface, no age ratings, creating demos. There are other reasons: errors, broken links, clones of popular projects.
When moderation software Apple employees are guided by a set of rules, consisting of 24 items. Over the last week of August, according to the company, the most frequent reasons for refusing to deploying applications (58%) became non-compliance the following conditions:
- Insufficient information about the application (14%).
- Item 2.2: Deviate applications with pronounced errors (8%).
- Rejected applications that do not meet the developer license agreement (6%)
- Paragraph 10.6: Apple and our customers appreciate the simple, elegant, creative and well-designed interfaces. They require more time to work through, but worth it. If your interface is complex or is not good enough, the application may be rejected (6%)
- Item 3.3: In the App Store are not published application name, description, screenshots, not related to the content and functionality of the product (5%)
- Item 22.2: Do not allow the application containing false, dummy or misleading information or use the name and icon, copying the names and icons of other applications (5%)
- Paragraph 3.4: Inconsistent application name in iTunes Connect and the device (4%)
- Item 3.2: Applications will be rejected with a placeholder (4%)
- Paragraph 3.8: Developers should appoint their applications relevant age ratings and rankings. Inadequate ratings may be changed or removed (3%)
- Paragraph 2.9: Deviate application in the status of "beta", "demo", "of trial" or "test" version (2%).
