Sony is the first major manufacturer who in 2013 released a flagship smartphone, protected against water. Today, all new vehicles of this company are Water resistant. To emphasize this fact, Sony has released a collection of "underwater applications" . These applications do not carry any special features and are intended to ensure that in an amusing form to demonstrate the possibility of smartphones to work underwater.
Currently the application is only available for Xperia Z1S and Xperia Z and only in the United States. Interestingly, the application "means" when the phone is submerged.
