Apple has patented 3D interface for iPhone and iPad

Office for Patent and Trademark Office United States issued a new patent application Apple, which describes a technique of creating and managing 3D-objects on the screen of the iPhone and the iPad. This is not the first patent application company from Cupertino to three-dimensional interfaces.
iOS-3D-5

Last year, the above-mentioned authority published Apple patent management 3D-objects on the screen without touching the touchscreen. Such a function in the same tablet would allow to create both 2D, 3D-model and in the air above the special sensors in the side under the iPad.
According to the authors of a new patent, the operating system of smartphones and tablets can be used for this built-in sensors such as an accelerometer and a gyroscope. The user can control the volume interface elements on the screen of iDevaysa or 3D-objects viewed from different angles, just by tilting the device in your hands. A simpler technique known as "parallax effect" was introduced in iOS 7.

The first mention of this patent dated at the beginning of 2013. It is likely that this technology will find a place in the operating system iOS 9. Although, if you remember the number of user complaints on the parallax, that is some doubt that Apple will take this step.
