There was a video showing the possibility of virtual desktops in Windows 9

Almost immediately after the publication of screenshots of the new operating system, Windows 9, the network has a video demonstrating the capabilities of virtual desktops in the new operating system - features long used in OS X. The video posted authors of the German blog WinFuture.

Users of Windows 9 will be able to work with several virtual desktops, switching between them in full-screen mode, and placing them next to each other. All previous versions of Windows had only one workspace.

Appeared in the press on the eve of two dozen screenshots preliminary technical version of Windows 9. They demonstrated basic "features" of the new platform: Notification Center, updated icons and others. In the previous video WinFuture demonstrated capabilities of the new "Start" menu .
The official announcement of Windows 9 will be held on Sept. 30, and the release of the final version of the operating system - in April next year.
