65% of smartphone users are no longer to download applications

Just a few years smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications have become an integral part of the lives of millions of users. So, App Store this year passed the mark of 75 billion. However, the report from all of the same comScore shows that in the United States 65% of users in the past month did not download any applications. From one to three applications download less than a quarter of smartphone owners, and only about 11% can be called active users who download per month for more than four applications. 7% of the most active users are responsible for almost half of the total number of downloads.
Since most of the programs are free, the desire to save is unlikely to be the explanation for such passivity users. Rather, most of them are satisfied initially installed on the smartphone software, and only a minority of enthusiasts experiencing the need for functionality that allow third-party applications.
Despite the modest "appetite" to mobile users of the program, 88% of smartphone owners said they prefer to consume media content is through the application, and not through the mobile browser. Among tablet owners, this figure slightly lower - 82%.

Such statistics plays into the hands of the leaders of the market applications already endeared himself to members. Analysts say that 57% of smartphone owners use the software every day, while 42% of the time a user spends with a smartphone, it uses one favorite application.
