After the release of the chip Allwinner A80T found that a potential leader of a large number of unresolved issues, in particular, the imperfection of drivers, low productivity and incompatibility with other electronic components. Now the leader can rightly take RK3288 - summer novelty of Rockchip, which, however, will not be the last this year. As it became known, to the end of the year the technology giant will introduce more 3 processors, one of which will respond to the latest trends of the world of mobile electronics and will be built on 64-bit architecture.
Novelty codenamed Rockchip Maybach will be positioned as a top processor for Android-powered devices. This will be an eight 64-bit chip based on cores ARM Cortex-A53. Declared support for OpenGL ES 3.0 and 4K-video and H.265 video to 1080p-H.264. Two other new devices are designed for the budget and mid-level. They are quad-core processors based on ARM Cortex-A7. RK3126 will be presented in October, and RK3128 show a month later.
